Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a rehabilitation team at a pediatric long-term care facility.

Responsibilities include conducting screenings, evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans for residents with diverse disabilities such as cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.

The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, providing patient and caregiver education, and ensuring documentation compliance.
