Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide relationship-based, neurodiversity-affirming outpatient and early intervention services in Chester County, PA, with flexible full-time or part-time hours.
Our mission focuses on supporting families and children through strengths-based, natural environment coaching.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, using therapeutic techniques, monitoring progress, collaborating with healthcare teams, and educating families.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, valid state license, at least 2 years of pediatric experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to neuroaffirming practices.
