Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide flexible, relationship-based, and neurodiversity-affirming outpatient and early intervention services in Chester County, PA.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Using various techniques and equipment to support progress
Monitoring and adjusting treatment as needed
Collaborating with healthcare professionals
Educating and coaching families on strategies for development and well-being
Qualifications:
Master’s degree and valid SLP license with certifications
At least 2 years of pediatric and early intervention experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and manage time effectively
Experience with neurodiversity-affirming practices is preferred
Details:
Job types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Per diem
Pay: $60,000 – $80,000/year
