Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a summer contract position to cover maternity leave, with potential for full-time employment. The role involves working with school-aged children and preschoolers (1-4 years), providing effective one-on-one therapy sessions, and managing both incoming and established clients.
Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders; developing and implementing tailored treatment plans; collaborating with healthcare professionals; monitoring progress; and supporting clients and families.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, and prior experience, especially with children. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
