Speech-Language Pathologist, PRN

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a PRN position at a rehab center.

The ideal candidate will assess, treat, and restore patients’ functional abilities, focusing on preventing decline in daily tasks.

Requirements include at least 2 years of skilled nursing facility experience, GA SLP licensure, and CPR certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients per practice standards
• Document treatment and progress notes accurately
• Participate in care conferences and team meetings
• Communicate patient progress with team members
• Provide caregiver training and coordinate with staff
• Perform additional duties as needed

Compensation is up to $60/hour with a flexible schedule. The role is in-person, emphasizing collaboration and high-quality patient care.
