Job Description

We are seeking a qualified, creative, and energetic Speech Language Pathologist to join a school team working with children with Autism and developmental disabilities.

The SLP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, BCBAs, Social Workers, teachers) to support students aged 6-21 with diverse communication skills, including augmentative devices and verbal communication.

Responsibilities include assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and providing speech therapy services tailored to individual needs. The role requires strong communication skills and experience with AAC devices.

Qualifications include a master’s degree, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, Colorado SLP licensure, and preferably experience with ASD populations. Full-time compensation ranges from $80,000 to $94,000 annually, with benefits such as PTO, health insurance, 401(k), and paid holidays.

Part-time positions are also considered, with some benefits. The position is in-person, with a Monday-Friday schedule. We welcome qualified candidates interested in making a difference in children’s lives.
