Speech Language Pathologist (PT or FT)

Job Description

We are hiring a qualified, creative, and energetic Speech Language Pathologist to join our school team in Broomfield, Colorado. The SLP will work with children aged 6-21 with Autism and developmental disabilities, focusing on building communication skills through an interdisciplinary approach with OT, BCBAs, social workers, and teachers.

Responsibilities include providing assessments, diagnosis, and tailored treatment plans, implementing early intervention strategies, and collaborating with staff and families. The role requires a Master’s degree, Colorado SLP licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred, with experience working with ASD and AAC devices advantageous.

Full-time compensation ranges from $80,000 to $94,000 annually, with benefits such as flexible PTO, paid holidays and breaks, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and 401(k). Part-time options are also available, with benefits including sick leave and 401(k). Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, in person.
