Job Description

We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to support local school districts in Spartanburg, serving our community with excellence and collaboration.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and group speech therapy focusing on language and communication development
  • Evaluate students referred for speech, language, feeding, fluency, voice, resonance, or alternative communication needs
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term treatment goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Work with teachers to ensure speech goals are carried over effectively
  • Limited travel required; typical schedule 7:30am-3:00pm; caseload caps; supervision provided

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This part-time or full-time role offers in-person work Monday through Friday, with no weekends, and a pay range of $48.16 – $60.00 per hour for 15-30 hours weekly.
