Job Description
We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to support local school districts in Spartanburg, serving our community with excellence and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group speech therapy focusing on language and communication development
- Evaluate students referred for speech, language, feeding, fluency, voice, resonance, or alternative communication needs
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term treatment goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Work with teachers to ensure speech goals are carried over effectively
- Limited travel required; typical schedule 7:30am-3:00pm; caseload caps; supervision provided
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
