We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct speech therapy care in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. The role involves assessing and modifying treatment plans, charting accurately, and collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Candidates must have CCCs, an MS or MA in speech therapy, and be licensed in the applicable state. Prior experience in post-acute care is preferred. Responsibilities include participating in community health projects, ensuring patient safety, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to policies and regulations.
