Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct speech therapy care in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting. The role involves assessing, developing, and modifying therapy plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with patients, families, and staff. Qualifications include CCCs, a graduate degree in speech therapy, state licensure, and preferably one year of experience in post-acute care.
