Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct speech therapy care in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing therapy plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Candidates must have CCCs, be licensed in the state, and have at least one year of relevant experience; CFY candidates are also eligible.
- Participate in community health projects and maintain professional relationships.
- Follow all laws, regulations, and facility policies, including confidentiality and safety protocols.
- Utilize therapy software, chart appropriately, and demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Assist with emergency procedures and maintain dependable attendance.
