Job Description

Seeking bilingual (Spanish preferred) certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for part-time or full-time roles in pediatric home health.

We are a clinician-owned agency dedicated to serving children with special needs, offering support, mentorship, and continuing education to staff.

Pay ranges from $52,200 to $156,000 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include implementing speech, language, feeding, and social/emotional therapy plans in home settings, evaluating patients, developing goals, and coaching families to ensure skill transfer.

Requirements: ASHA certification, Texas SLP license, CPR, and preferred 1+ year experience.
