Position Summary: A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will deliver family-centered, transdisciplinary speech therapy services to children aged 0-3 with developmental delays or disabilities, collaborating with other specialists such as PT, OT, and educators.
- Provide developmentally appropriate, play-based therapy and support service coordination.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.
- Stay updated on advancements in early childhood development and incorporate new knowledge into practice.
- Conduct developmental evaluations and create IFSP goals in areas like hearing, communication, cognition, and social-emotional development.
- Deliver services in compliance with regulations, including teletherapy when needed.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Speech Pathology program, hold a valid NH SLP license and ASHA certification, with 1-3 years pediatric experience preferred. Must be organized, creative, flexible, and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits: $28.85 – $33.65/hour, with benefits such as health/dental insurance, paid time off, professional development, retirement plan, and more.
