We are hiring for therapeutic positions, including Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), to serve infants and toddlers in Fairfax County.

Our focus is on providing early intervention services to children with developmental delays or disabilities, supporting their growth across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.

Ideal candidates will be licensed, certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and eager to deliver home-based therapy within the Birth to Three Program.

Service regions include Alexandria/Springfield and Herndon/Reston.

Key responsibilities involve developing family-centered treatment plans, conducting developmental assessments, providing direct therapy activities, and collaborating with families and professionals.
