Job Description

Seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy in a long-term and post-acute care setting.

  • Offering $50-$55/hr DOE, with opportunities for continuing education and growth within a network of nearly 200 facilities across 26 states.
  • Responsibilities include assessing and treating patients per physician referrals, developing measurable goals, and documenting care accurately.
  • Requirements include a graduate degree in speech therapy (MS or MA), ASHA certification or eligibility for CFY, active state licensure, and CPR certification.
  • Preferred experience in post-acute care, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Essential functions involve patient assessment, care planning, charting, utilizing therapy software, and maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • The role demands good judgment, excellent communication, and physical ability to perform job duties, including patient mobility assistance.
