Seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy in a long-term and post-acute care setting.
Offering $50-$55/hr DOE, with opportunities for continuing education and growth within a network of nearly 200 facilities across 26 states.
Responsibilities include assessing and treating patients per physician referrals, developing measurable goals, and documenting care accurately.
Requirements include a graduate degree in speech therapy (MS or MA), ASHA certification or eligibility for CFY, active state licensure, and CPR certification.
Preferred experience in post-acute care, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Essential functions involve patient assessment, care planning, charting, utilizing therapy software, and maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance.
The role demands good judgment, excellent communication, and physical ability to perform job duties, including patient mobility assistance.
