Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home and community-based therapy for children.

Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to help children achieve their communication goals.

Educate and support families to promote active participation in care.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality services.

Maintain clear, timely documentation of therapy sessions.
