We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled speech therapy to children in their home and community settings.

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to support children’s communication goals.

Educate and empower families to actively participate in care.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality services.

Maintain clear, timely documentation.
