Job Description

We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a 59-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Watsonville, CA.

  • Assess, treat, and support residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop therapy plans, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families.
  • Mentor SLP assistants and participate in care planning and regulatory processes.

    • Qualifications include active CA SLP license, Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, and knowledge of SNF regulations. New graduates are welcome.
