Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our IN-HOUSE rehab team!

Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality care using innovative practices in a home-like setting, tailored to each resident’s needs.

  • Evaluate residents for swallowing or cognitive deficits
  • Assist residents in achieving goals related to cognition and swallowing
  • Educate residents and caregivers
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance independence
  • Provide AAC systems for individuals with expressive or language comprehension disorders
  • Train and collaborate with clients, families, and staff
  • Coordinate diagnostic procedures like MBSS and FEES
  • Maintain clinical documentation and billing
  • Respond to family concerns and ensure resident safety and confidentiality
  • Comply with all legal and professional standards

    • Requirements include an active Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology, current ASHA certification, and good standing with licensing boards.
