Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our IN-HOUSE rehab team at our facility in Stamford, TX.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, innovative, and high-quality care in a home-like environment, tailored to each resident’s needs.

Evaluate residents for swallowing and cognitive deficits

Assist residents in achieving goals related to cognition and swallowing

Educate residents, families, and caregivers

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide AAC systems and therapy for severe communication disorders

Collaborate with other professionals on diagnostic procedures

Maintain current standards of practice and documentation

Respond to family concerns and coordinate training with staff

Ensure resident safety and confidentiality in compliance with regulations

Requirements: Active Texas license, current ASHA certification, and good standing with regulatory agencies.
