Job Description

Seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy in a long-term and post-acute care setting with a supportive team and scenic mountain views.

  • Offers competitive pay ($50-$55/hr DOE), continuing education, and growth opportunities.
  • Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and modifying patient goals, charting accurately, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Requires MS or MA in speech therapy, ASHA certification or eligibility, valid state licensure, and one year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Must maintain CPR certification, demonstrate professionalism, and follow all regulatory and institutional policies.
  • Essential functions include patient care, documentation, communication, and participation in community health projects.
  • Ability to make independent decisions, utilize therapy software, and provide excellent customer service is essential.
  • Must be able to lift, move, sit, stand, and perform physical tasks as needed.
