Job Description

Seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy in a reputable long-term and post-acute care facility located in a scenic city known for outdoor recreation.

  • Offering competitive pay of $50-$55/hr DOE, mentorship for new grads, ongoing education, and growth opportunities within a network of nearly 200 facilities across 26 states.
  • Responsibilities include delivering direct rehab care, assessing and modifying patient goals, charting accurately, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Requirements encompass a graduate degree in speech therapy (MS or MA), ASHA certification or eligibility for CFY, valid state licensure, and CPR certification. Prior experience in post-acute care is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, good body mechanics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to make independent decisions, participate in community health projects, and exhibit excellent customer service is essential.
  • Key functions include establishing treatment goals, supervising CFYs (if applicable), documentation, and effective communication with patients and staff. Dependable attendance and physical ability to perform job duties are required.
