Job Description

We are seeking bilingual (Spanish preferred) certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for part-time or full-time roles in pediatric home health.

Our clinician-owned agency provides in-home speech therapy services to children with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional delays. We prioritize patient-centered care and support staff with continuing education, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.

**Pay Range:** $52,200 – $156,000 + $2,500 sign-on bonus

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
  • Implement therapy to improve communication, feeding, and social skills
  • Educate and empower families to carry over therapy activities
  • Coordinate with referral partners and document care in electronic records
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure continuity of care post-discharge

    • **Requirements:**
  • ASHA certification and Texas SLP license
  • CPR certification
  • Minimum 1 year experience preferred
