Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

We are seeking talented and passionate clinicians to join our team providing PT, OT, and ST services in post-acute settings.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment, planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation.
• Ensuring care adheres to professional standards, organizational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Advocating for patients and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, quality care.
• Participating in quality assurance and customer service activities.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Speech/Language Pathology and licensure/certification as per state guidelines.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in speech therapy and skilled nursing or assisted living settings; CFY candidates considered.
