Job Description
Seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services in a long-term and post-acute care setting.
Offering $55-$60/hr DOE, mentorship for new grads, continuing education, and growth opportunities.
Candidates must have a graduate degree in speech therapy, ASHA certification or eligibility, and an active state license.
Preferred one year of post-acute care experience; CPR certification required.
Responsibilities include assessing and modifying patient goals, charting, utilizing therapy software, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, good judgment, and excellent customer service.
Additional duties include participating in community health projects, assisting with patient evacuation, and maintaining compliance with policies.
Ability to make independent decisions, perform physical activities, and communicate effectively in English is essential.
