Job Description
We are seeking bilingual (Spanish preferred) certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for part-time or full-time roles in pediatric home health.
Our agency is clinician-owned, serving children with cognitive, speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and social/emotional needs. We prioritize community involvement and support employee growth through continuing education, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
**Pay Range:** $52,200 – $156,000 + $2,500 sign-on bonus.
**Responsibilities:**
Implement treatment plans to improve children’s communication, feeding, and social skills. Perform evaluations, develop goals, and create individualized therapy plans. Educate and empower families to carry over therapy activities. Coordinate services with referral partners and ensure continuity post-discharge. Document care services in electronic records and maintain confidentiality.**Requirements:**
ASHA certification and Texas SLP license. Current CPR certification. Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.**Benefits:**
