Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

We are seeking bilingual (Spanish preferred) certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for part-time or full-time roles in pediatric home health.

Our agency is clinician-owned, serving children with cognitive, speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and social/emotional needs. We provide comprehensive support, including continuing education, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, prioritizing patient-centered care and employee well-being.

Pay ranges from $52,200 to $156,000 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing therapy plans, coaching families, and coordinating services to maximize each child’s potential. Candidates need ASHA certification, Texas SLP license, CPR, and preferably 1+ year of experience.
