Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our healthcare team in Las Animas, CO.

Provide therapy services under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist, following patient treatment plans.

Assist with vocational and educational programs aimed at restoring and maintaining patient independence.

Deliver therapeutic treatments to improve strength, coordination, and function, and instruct patients and families on home care and adaptive equipment.

Document patient progress, report observations, and help prepare clinical reports.

Maintain compliance with certification requirements and ensure quality care for residents.

Requirements include a Speech-Language Pathology license and certification of clinical competence. The position offers competitive pay ($55-$65/hr), benefits (401(k), health, dental, vision), and part-time hours. Prior nursing home experience is preferred. This in-person role emphasizes compassionate, individualized care in a supportive team environment.
