Job Description

We are hiring a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team.

Assess, treat, and support residents with communication and swallowing challenges.

Create personalized care plans to make a meaningful impact.

Follow facility policies for documentation, billing, and resident assessments.

Provide information for resident evaluations and functional cognition as required.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid license, and knowledge of long-term care regulations.
