Job Description
Seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapist to provide early intervention services in homes, daycares, and community settings in Philadelphia County.
Address speech and language delays, oral motor issues, fluency, and sound production problems, with occasional focus on swallowing and feeding difficulties.
Develop and implement individualized plans aligned with each child’s developmental goals.
Engage families and caregivers through strategies to promote carry-over and active participation.
Work with children from birth to five during critical brain development years for optimal communication skill improvement.
Flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, or one day a week—with caseload customization based on preferences.
Comprehensive training provided; open to clinicians with little or no experience.
Competitive pay ($90-$100/hr), bilingual bonus, benefits, and options for W2 or 1099 employment.
Requirements include PA SLP license or Clinical Fellowship; strong clinical and interpersonal skills; excellent communication skills.
