Join a leading early intervention team providing Birth-3 home and daycare-based speech therapy services in Philadelphia County.
As a Speech Therapist, you will address speech and language delays, oral motor, fluency, and sound production issues, with opportunities to work on feeding and swallowing concerns. Early childhood (birth to five) is a critical period for communication development, making your role essential in maximizing children’s growth and quality of life.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized plans, engaging families and caregivers, and providing services across various community settings. You will track progress, ensure active family participation, and collaborate with the team.
Requirements: PA SLP license or Clinical Fellowship (CF), strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and excellent communication. Bilingual candidates receive additional compensation.
