Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN, serving the surrounding communities.

The role involves assessing and treating patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments, in coordination with healthcare team members.

Key responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, developing therapy plans with physicians, providing communication and functional training, and instructing patients, families, and caregivers.

Must have an unencumbered state license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
