Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

  • Assess and evaluate patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state practice scope.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies.
  • Maintain current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for patient visits.
