Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

  • Assess and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state scope of practice.
  • Evaluate patient function, assist physicians in developing therapy plans, and provide communication and functional training.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers to promote participation in therapy.
  • Must hold a valid state license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR certification, and have reliable transportation.
