Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

  • Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs within legal and clinical scope.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare team and physicians.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques to support effective communication and functional improvements.
  • Maintain current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for patient visits.
