Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

  • Provide assessment and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within scope of practice.
  • Evaluate patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with healthcare team members.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support ongoing communication and functional improvements.
  • Must have a valid state license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation to serve multiple patient locations.
