Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

  • Assess and evaluate patients for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within legal scope and plan of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team and physicians to develop and implement therapy plans.
  • Provide patient-centered treatment and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Must hold an active license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and have reliable transportation to visit patient homes.
