Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

Assess and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state scope and plan of care.

Evaluate patient function, assist physicians in developing therapy plans, and provide effective communication and functional training.

Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members on speech therapy techniques.

Must hold an active speech pathology license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for home visits.
