Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist in Clarksville, TN to join our Home Health team.

Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within the scope of practice and plan of care.

Evaluate patient function, collaborate with physicians, and develop therapy plans.

Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members to promote effective communication and functional skills.

Must hold an active, unencumbered license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation to serve multiple patients daily.
