Speech Language Pathologist – (SLP) – FT – Home Health -Clarksville

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

Assess and evaluate patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.

Develop and implement treatment plans in coordination with healthcare team members.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies.

Provide services within state practice laws and scope of licensure.

Evaluate patient function and assist physicians in planning care.

Must Have: Current license and CCC-SLP certification, CPR, dependable transportation, and ability to travel within the area.
