Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

Assess and evaluate patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within scope of practice.

Develop and implement therapy plans in coordination with healthcare team and physicians.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication and therapy techniques.

Provide services across the community, requiring reliable transportation and ability to visit multiple patient homes daily.

Must Have: Unencumbered state license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, driver’s license, and dependable transportation.
