Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state scope of practice.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers to facilitate effective communication and functional improvements.

Require current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the service area.
