We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.
Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments within legal scope and care plans. Collaborate with healthcare team and assist physicians in developing therapy plans. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and communication strategies. Must hold a current, unencumbered state license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and have reliable transportation.
