Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist in Clarksville, TN to join our Home Health team.

  • Provide assessment and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within state practice scope.
  • Evaluate patient function, assist physicians in developing therapy plans, and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Must hold a current, unencumbered license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for home visits.
