Job Description
Seeking a Speech Pathologist to work with students with autism on a small caseload of 10-15 students in a non-profit K-12 school setting in California.
Primary responsibilities include conducting assessments, writing reports, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and IEP teams to modify services and support skill generalization.
Requirements include a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, California licensure, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with AAC methods.
Physical demands involve lifting up to 45lbs and implementing behavior management techniques. The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping children with special needs.
