Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Covington, TN.

The role involves assessing and treating patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders, in collaboration with the healthcare team. Key responsibilities include evaluating patient function, developing therapy plans, and instructing patients and caregivers.

  • Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience and current licensure in speech pathology.
  • Previous home health experience and CCC-SLP certification are required.
  • Reliable transportation, CPR certification, and ability to travel within the area are essential.
