Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Covington, TN, serving surrounding communities.

The role involves assessing and treating patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments, in coordination with the healthcare team. Key responsibilities include evaluating patient function, developing therapy plans, and instructing patients, families, and caregivers.

Must have at least one year of clinical experience, current license, CCC-SLP certification, and home health experience. Reliable transportation and ability to commute within the service area are essential.
