Speech Language Pathologist – (SLP) – Part-Time – Home Health – Covington

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Covington, TN.

Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within scope of practice.

Collaborate with healthcare team and assist physicians in developing care plans.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques to improve communication and functional abilities.

Must have at least 1 year of clinical and home health experience, current license, CCC-SLP credential, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and ability to commute locally.
