We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Covington, TN.
Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within the scope of practice. Collaborate with the healthcare team and assist in developing personalized care plans. Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support effective communication and functional independence. Must Haves: At least 1 year of clinical experience as an SLP and home health experience. Current, unencumbered state license and CCC-SLP certification. CPR certification, reliable transportation, and ability to commute within the area.
