Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Covington, TN.

As a key team member, you will assess and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments, developing personalized care plans in coordination with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient function, providing therapy within legal scope, and instructing patients, families, and caregivers.

**Must Haves:**

  • At least 1 year of clinical speech therapy experience
  • Unlicensed license to practice in Tennessee
  • CCC-SLP certification from an accredited program
  • Home health experience and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
